Canceling if you signed up on the app:
iOS - go to your iphone settings, then click on your name, Apple ID, iCloud+, Media & Purchases, then go to subscriptions to cancel.
Android - go to your subscriptions in the Google Play Store and you can cancel the OddsJam subscription there.
Canceling if you signed up online
If you signed up online, you can go to your profile and manage subscription to cancel.
Subscription access after canceling
if you cancel during the trial, you lose access immediately. However, if you have already paid, you will have access until your billing cycle ends.
Refunds
As per our Terms of Service (https://oddsjam.com/terms.pdf), refunds aren't something we typically offer. Instead of a refund, we're happy to provide you with a credit to your account. This credit can be used for future purchases, giving you the flexibility to explore our offerings at your leisure. Let us know if you'd like us to proceed with adding the credit to your account.
